  1. How to Initiate a Return:

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

Contact Us: Email our customer support team at admin@namurij.com or call us at 0731260944 within the eligible return period. Please provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to return the product(s).

Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  1. Non-Returnable Items:

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective upon arrival:

 

Body-worn cameras (once opened), Used personal safety equipment, Software licenses

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper installation.

Products that are missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation.

Products that have been altered or modified in any way.

Clearance or final sale items (unless otherwise specified).

  1. Refunds:

 

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
